Welcome to KALM Counselling & Hypnotherapy. We are a small team who offer services covering Glasgow, Hamilton, and surrounding areas. We primarily focus on group work and 1:1 sessions in Counselling and Hypnotherapy.

We aim to offer the best possible service to all our clients. We understand that times can be tough and we strive to ensure we create a safe and relaxed environment to work with you through your toughest times.

Hypnotherapy Treatments

Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to treat conditions or change habits. Through hypnosis, we are able to open our minds to positive suggestions that allow us to make beneficial changes in our lives. You're fully in control when under hypnosis and can decline any suggestions at any time and can bring yourself out of the hypnotic state.

Hypnosis does not work if you do not want to be hypnotised. This will be discussed throughout your Initial Assessment to ensure we provide the best possible service to help you achieve your desired outcome and goals.

Counselling

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy which can help you manage your life by changing the way you think and behave.

Each session is specifically tailored at your own pace enabling you to reach your desired goals.

We're here to listen, evaluate and encourage you to talk about your feelings and emotions. This way we can work together and build on the stepping stones throughout the process without judgement or criticism.
